Sounds Of Praise Pentecostal Fellowship Ministries

Dr. Alfred Eugene Williams is the Presiding Prelate of the Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Sounds of Praise Pentecostal Fellowship Ministries, Inc., the Bishop of Protocol, Assistant to the Chief Apostle and Presiding Prelate of Sounds of Praise, and a former Pastor of True Light Sounds of Praise P.F.M., Inc. located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.


Dr. Williams was born June 16, 1951 in Summit, NJ to Helen and Eugene Williams. From an early age, God has always been a great influence in and on his life, and at the age of fourteen, in 1965, Dr. Williams accepted his call to ministry.


Dr. Williams graduated from Faith School of Theology in Brooklyn, ME, and received Bachelor of Theology Degree from the International School of Theology in Florida. Dr. Williams was awarded his Doctorate in Theology on June 1, 2007 from North Carolina College of Theology, Wilmington, N.C.


He has been an ordained Elder and Evangelist for forty-six years and a pastor for thirty-six years. He was consecrated to the Bishopric on June 17, 2000.


Dr. Williams has ministered and been a pastor throughout the Carolinas and Southeastern United States. He is well known and respected as a Holy Spirit driven conference speaker and revivalist. During revivals throughout the United States and West Indies, many have been revived, restored, renewed, and many have been led into the Kingdom of God through his God-centered preaching and teaching.


Dr. Williams has not only seen his ministry grow because of his intense commitment to God and to the vision God has given to him for the Body of Christ, but with his knowledge and anointing, he has also assisted others into Kingdom building positions, and has witnessed those individual ministries grow to the glory of God.


Dr. Williams is a former member of the Fire Baptized Holiness Church of God of the Americas, a former member of the Black Clergy of District #2, Greenville, Past President of the Knoxville Interdenominational Christian Ministerial Alliance, a member of the Association of Christian Denominational Leaders, a former member of the Advisory Board of Edgefield County (Edgefield, SC), and a former Counselor for the Edgefield County Police Department.


Dr. Williams is married to Diondra Ell' Alisha Williams and father of Bethany Timill and Al'Nisha Pinnah Williams.
